These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Fast Glass & Windows Repair by Olwin Inc. and Fast Glass Restoration by Olwin Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order, making a payment, providing credit card information, or otherwise engaging our services, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide glass restoration, scratch removal, graffiti removal, window and door glass repair, and protective film installation services for commercial and residential properties.

2. Invoicing and Estimates

• We provide detailed invoices for all services rendered.

• Estimates are valid for 3 days unless otherwise stated.

• Timeframes provided for service completion are estimates only and may vary due to material availability or site conditions.

3. Custom Orders and Deposits

• For custom glass orders, protective films, or specialized restoration projects, a non-refundable deposit is required prior to order placement.

• Deposits cover the cost of materials, preparatory work, and labor scheduling.
• If a custom order is canceled after the deposit is paid, the deposit is forfeited to cover incurred costs.

• Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances once a custom order is initiated.

• The deposit may also be referred to as a “down payment” on the final invoice, but in all cases, it is treated as a non-refundable commitment toward the project.

4. Payment Authorization and Acceptance of Terms

• Submission of a payment (via cash, card, electronic transfer) or provision of credit card information authorizes us to charge for the agreed services.

• Payment confirms the Customer’s full acceptance of these Terms, regardless of whether the acknowledgment is written or verbal.

5. Installation and Material Responsibility

• While every effort is made to handle glass carefully, we are not responsible for any cracking, breakage, or damage to glass or adjacent materials during installation, especially on aged, pre-damaged, or fragile structures.

• Customers acknowledge the risk associated with glass handling and accept that certain unforeseen issues may arise during service.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

• We warrant that services will be performed professionally and to the best industry standards.

• However, we do not guarantee full removal of extremely deep acid-etch damage or scratches that have penetrated beyond the surface layer.

• Anti-graffiti films are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Olwin Inc. and its brands are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from service performance, delays, or product failure.

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service rendered.
